Policies


We take our policies as seriously as Khloe takes fitness, so to keep everything running smoothly we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for regular appointments and 48 hours for cosmetic tattooing. If you advise that you want to change or cancel your appointment the day of, it will, unfortunately, incur a 50% charge. This fee will be charged to the card on file, if you do not have a card on file this charge will be put on your account to pay at your next appointment. If we don’t hear from you and you don’t arrive, the full amount will be charged.

Please note the card details you enter at the time of the booking are not charged unless you are booking an appointment that requires a deposit or on the day of your appointment you miss it, on these two occasions your card will be charged.

We send out a confirmation 48hours before your appointment to confirm and if we don’t hear from you by the end of the day before your appointment, we send out a second text and try to call. We care too much about you to cancel straight away, but if we don't get confirmation of the appointment by the end of the day it will be cancelled to make way for our wait-list clients.

Traffic sucks, we get it. Let us know if you are stuck and we will communicate our best options to you over the phone.

If you have booked an appointment online and now realise you cannot make this appointment. You will receive an email 5-day prior with a link giving you the opportunity to cancel or reschedule. If you realise you cannot make your appointment within less than 5 days of your appointment. Please use the link on our contact page which will allow you to reschedule or cancel. Alternatively, you can call the salon on (08) 61973846 for Ellenbrook and (08) 9371 6057 for Inglewood and leave a message or email info@bambiib.com.au.

Please no Facebook or Instagram messages as we don't get to check socials straight away and they tend to get lost amongst all our fan comments (we can’t help we are popular).

All eyelash extensions, lash lift, brow lamination, ombre tattooing and makeup bookings require a 50% deposit (That is non-refundable) to secure that place. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. This is paid through TIMELY when an online booking is made, over the phone or in store. If you cancel this appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice your deposit is transferred into a credit but if we do not receive 24 hours’ notice off the cancellation, you will lose your deposit.
